Blue Water House is also listed on a number of excellent holiday accommodation sites. If you found our details through one of these sites, such as Accommodation on Stayz you will still need to fill out our booking form to confirm your accommodation.

23 November 2007: As Americans celebrating Thanksgiving "down under" Blue Water House was the perfect place. The beautiful view and all the conveniences of the house made it a wonderful stay. We look forward to spending more time here.

Terms and Conditions: 

• Arrival time is after 2pm, with departure by 10am. This must be strictly adhered to unless otherwise agreed with the owners.
• You agree to supply us with the names, ages and number of people staying at Blue Water House. Extra guests above that number are not to stay unless approval for extra guests has been given by Blue Water House.
• You agree to inform us at the time of booking if you require linen and towels. This is a one off cost of $20 per person. Some beach towels are provided.
• We charge for cleaning if the booking is less than a week.
  
• Blue Water House is a smoke free environment. No smoking inside the house.
• The pool at Blue Water House is professionally managed. It is important that the pool filter controls are not touched to ensure the pool is maintained to the highest standard. Any tampering with the set operations will interfere with the day-today runnings and incure pool maintenance costs.
• We do not allow pets.
• You agree to inform us immediately of any damages relating to the property and/or its contents, otherwise you will forfeit your bond within 48 hours after departure.
• You agree to supply us with your credit card details for Bond Security.
• Payment for your stay is made within 24 hours of receiving your Blue Water House booking confirmation and signed tenancy agreement. Failure to do so will terminate your booking. Subsequent confirmation will only be given once payment has been received.
  
• You will receive a tax invoice upon confirmation of 100% payment.
• Cancellations: Payment for booking Blue Water House can only be refunded when a booking is cancelled and another booking has been taken in its place.
• Security Bond: A Security Bond is required on arrival and applies to all stays. This is for a pre-approval amount of $1000 for the booking of Blue Water House, or $500 for the booking of the Ravello or Anacapri Suites independently. We do not deduct any money unless there are damages.
• We are strictly a no party property. You agree to adhere to this. If unsure about this point, please enquire at the time of booking.
  
• Blue Water House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. We ask you keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
  
• The pool may only be used from 6am to 10pm. 
• If you breach any of these terms and conditions, Blue Water House reserves the right to ask you to vacate the property immediately and you will forfeit any future nights stay and there will be no refund.
• A 7 night min stay applies from 15th December 2007 to 1st February 2008.
