Take the exit onto S Gippsland Fwy and travel for 6.9 km
Continue on Western Port Hwy and travel for 18 km
Turn right at Baxter Tooradin Rd and travel for 6.0 km
Continue on Sages Rd and travel for 1.4 km
Turn left at Moorooduc Hwy
Go through 1 roundabout and travel for 9.6 km
Turn right at Craigie Rd and travel for 4.3 km
Turn left at Esplanade and travel for 1.8km to Mt Martha Village
Continue past the Village and up the hill. Go through 1 roundabout and travel for 1.5km.
Turn left at Hearn Road, go 36m, turn right at the Blue Waters B&B signage into Finlayson Ave. Continue up the hill turn left into Park Road, turn 2nd left at Raymond Street.
